From June 26, 2008, Goshen Prime International has taken an important new step in transforming itself to become a holding company of Goshen group of companies.
Goshen Realty currently will take over the same business carried out to the present from Goshen Prime International and continue to operate the business, while Goshen Prime International will execute decision making and oversee and coordinate the management of the overall Goshen Group.
This move is brought about to enable Goshen Group to strengthen group-wide governance via a holding company system, thus enabling us to execute business operations in an efficient and prompt manner. With the aim of raising corporate value, we will endeavor to meet the expectations of our customers.
Overview of Group Company
Having gained experience since early 90's, Goshen Prime International was established in 1999 headquartered in Singapore. This was the period when Asian economies were crippled by the financial crisis. Singapore property market was just recovering after seeing its property prices plunged from 1997 peak. This period marked our commitment in entering Singapore property brokerage business. Riding the wave of recovery of Asian economies combined with the gradual improvements in Singapore property market, Goshen Prime International quickly positioned itself to get more clients from local and abroad. From then on, the real estate brokerage business conducted by Goshen was undergoing rapid growth and stable transition.
Supported by buoyant business conditions, our High Net Worth clients starts to demand other services beyond their real estate needs that we cannot ignore. As a result, with strong relationships already built with our customers and amid favorable investment climate, Goshen Consulting even strives to realize this opportunity to develop an even more profitable business through measures that include providing clients with family office advisory services. Namely, wealth preservation and family services.
Under a holding company system, Goshen Prime International aims to leverage its response capabilities using its network, as well as accelerate decision-making and strengthen the organizational structure. We will also continue to realize growth by increasing our productivity and technical expertise to meet customers' needs while cultivating new markets with a view toward developing our business globally as well.
